Love this!!!
I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough! This is an honest look at the joys of running and the pleasure of being part of a community. The love between the sisters is evident and it makes this podcast honest and genuine. My favourite episode…? Too many to mention but I was particularly moved by the two episodes on Breaking the Silence. Looking forward to Running Free in The Race in Atlanta - when do we leave?!?

Inspiring !
I really enjoyed listening to the Women’s day episode . The stories from the panel of ladies showed the grace, strength and power of black women owning their journey of life and love . This is now one of my top podcasts to listen to . Keep it up .

Amazing Lady
Jules Dee and Pet I listened to this a few weeks ago but posting review now. Steph is an Amazing lady who has showed so much resilience and courage and has the most positive outlook. Her sense of humour is great which made for great listening despite all the ups and downs. Wishing her sand her family all the best for the future. From Yuri

Great Conversations!
Great Conversations!! I really enjoy these ladies perspectives and the things they discuss. Although we are in different countries many of the issues and topics they discuss are relevant all around the world. Great running podcast!

Love Love Love
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast. As a runner myself I can 100% relate to it. Listening to these three lovely sisters is like having a cup of tea with stimulating conversation. I find myself taking while listening as if we were all on the same room. Keep up the great work ladies. Tasha xx

3 sisters, free spirits
I love the candidness of the first episode where the three sisters outline their journeys into running. Self- effacing, humbling and very inspiring by breaking preconceptions! Second episode is also great hearing how they’ve inspired others to run and all of the challenges of self motivation. I’m more of a cyclist than a runner myself but I love the stories and totally relate. Maybe it’s time to dust off those running shoes... 😉

Really relateable
Very motivational and inspiring, especially for those who are just starting out.

The podcast you should listen to
The podcast you should listen to if you have just started or been running for a while. The presenters (all female) talk about their various experiences on all issues relating to running. I found the podcast engaging, informative and funny. The presenter are relatable and inspirational. They really make running relatable and something that anyone can do. Give it listen, you won’t regret it.
