The Start Line Girls (minus Pet!) headed back to The National Running Show Birmingham, with the Emancipated Run Crew over the weekend of 21 and 22nd January. We caught up with some of our favourite people in the running community, and all this week we'll be sharing the goodies with a new set of bonus episodes fresh from the Emancipated Run Crew stand!

Stephen tells us about how joining ERC has changed his life, taking him from a zero miles runner to a marathon hero, as he defied all expectations last October by running the London Marathon with only 6 weeks of training!
