Michelle joins TSL to talk about her acclaimed debut book Real Wins, which draws on Michelle's work delivering coaching and leadership programmes during a twenty year’ career in senior leadership roles across sport, government and education.

Frank, funny and fierce, Michelle explains how she uses lessons learned during her careers and also her experience as a young athlete to provide tools for overcoming fears and negative self-talk and shows us how failures to lead us to success which is framed on our own terms, and why challenging preconceptions and stereotypes around race, class and gender is the key to securing Real Wins.
